Overview

Boilermaker - Marina Construction

Location: Williamstown, VIC

Employment Type: Contract (4–7 months)

Hourly Rate: $56.50 + Super + Overtime + Travel Allowances

Key Responsibilities

- Interpret and work from detailed workshop and engineering drawings.
- Perform oxy cutting and various metal fabrication tasks.
- Prioritise tasks to meet project deadlines efficiently.
- Operate both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strictly adhere to Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) guidelines and protocols.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Boilermaker in marine or civil construction projects.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency in oxy cutting and various welding techniques.
- Excellent understanding of safety practices and regulations.
