About the role: As a Care Worker supporting clients in South East Sydney, Sutherland Shire and surrounds, you will be part of our BaptistCare At Home team that provides quality complex care and support to our clients in their own homes. You may assist with a range of tasks pertaining to household cleaning, showering, dressing, food preparation, continence support, medication assistance and transport to name a few. You will also develop genuine connections with your clients and help them live their best possible lives.

Responsibilities

- Provide in‑home care and support to clients in their own homes within the South East Sydney, Sutherland Shire and surrounds regions

- Assist with activities of daily living (e.g., cleaning, showering, dressing, meal preparation)

- Support continence needs and medication administration as required

- Provide safe transport assistance to appointments and activities

- Develop respectful relationships and help clients live independently and with dignity

What we need from you

- Unrestricted Australian Driver Licence and a reliable vehicle with a minimum Third Party Property Damage Insurance to transport clients

- Strong communication skills, resilience and patience

- Proficient in using smartphone technology, apps and email
