Senior Consultant – FranklinCovey: 4 Disciplines of Execution

On-Call Consultant position

FranklinCovey Consultants partner with executives, leaders, and learning and development professionals to deliver world-class consulting and coaching services that support The 4 Disciplines of Execution (4DX) system and other FranklinCovey content. The Consultant is responsible for delivering the FranklinCovey 4DX solution, enabling large-scale collective behavior transformation and achieving business results.

Responsibilities include:

- Collaborating with clients to assess their needs.
- Recommending strategy execution and training solutions.
- Delivering engaging single and multi-day work sessions in both in-person and virtual formats.
- Collaborating with sales teams to support business development initiatives.

What you will do…

- Delivery of FranklinCovey solutions primarily around The 4 Disciplines of Execution and other senior leadership solutions.
- Consult with clients prior to work sessions to determine client needs, participant profile, and needs for implementation.
- Customize learning content and implementation to meet client needs and the business objectives that are critical to their success.
- Interact and adjust approach to the audience appropriately (executive, senior, managerial, supervisory & individual contributor levels).
- Create an environment during work sessions in which participants are engaged and eager to contribute in solving their most critical business and leadership challenges.
- Maintain excellent knowledge of FranklinCovey content, world-class consulting and delivery skills, and the latest knowledge of the business environment worldwide for effective delivery of relevant work sessions that meet the needs of FranklinCovey's various organizational clients.
- Conduct sales calls with Client Partners and continuously participate in business development efforts.

What you will bring…

- Minimum of 7-10 years professional consulting experience and expertise with C-Suite.
- Five years professional business experience at mid to senior level managerial and leadership experience preferred.
- A high degree of business acumen and ability to understand client's business and needs.
- Strong character aligned to FranklinCovey values.
- Ability to create and deliver compelling, polished buyer presentations to both line leadership and senior corporate executives within target companies.
- A well-developed pattern of achievement, energy, motivation, enthusiasm, and integrity is critical to success in this role.
- Must be willing to travel.
- Ideally 2+ years' experience delivering FranklinCovey's 4DX content.
