Glue Store is looking for a Third In Charge Sales Assistant to join our team at Bondi Junction & World Square Stores

The Role & Responsibilities:

As Third in Charge, your core mission is to provide memorable and unrivalled customer experiences to everyone who walks through our doors.

- Prioritize customers at all times
- Take a fun & creative approach to selling
- Assist customers with queries, processing sales, returns, and gift vouchers
- Support your Department Managers and share product knowledge with customers
- Escalate customer complaints to management
- Be part of a team that values itself and its members
- Empower team members to be accountable and own their results
- Maintain a positive attitude and have fun while working
- Learn from experiences and celebrate team wins
- Work under the guidance of the Store Manager to achieve KPIs and targets
- Handle opening and closing procedures

- Experience in driving sales & delivering exceptional customer service
- Natural leadership qualities to inspire and motivate the team
- Passion for fashion & attention to detail
- Strong leadership, motivation, and aspirational attributes
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks
