Physiotherapist - Inner West and Eastern Suburbs
We are looking for an experienced Physiotherapist to join our Amplar Local team working across Sydney Metro area particularly the Inner West and Eastern Suburbs in a permanent full-time capacity.
With a focus on promoting health and wellbeing by enabling people to participate in the everyday, you will work with a range of clients, in community and occasionally in residential aged care, supporting and guiding them to achieve their goals and ultimately to help them live their best lives.
We provide services across the following packages and programs:
- Private services: supporting individuals with self-identified needs.
- Rehab in the home program: focusing on post-orthopaedic surgery
- Hospital in the Home program: supporting clients after hospitalization, including general surgeries
- Home Care Package clients: supporting those in our community who wish to remain independent at home
- Residential aged care facilities: develop, implement, and manage group and 1:1 exercise programs
About you
You are a fully AHPRA registered Physiotherapist, with ideally 1+ years’ experience, ideally within a community or rehab setting and are comfortable working independently.
As a mobile Community Physio (with your own vehicle, we provide KM reimbursement), ideally you live on or close to the Inner West or Eastern Suburbs and are comfortable travelling to our client’s homes.
You have a patient centred approach and are passionate about better health.
