Overview We are seeking a passionate Advanced Retail Professional (3IC) for our Harbour Town Factory Outlet in Harbour Town, Adelaide on a FULL-TIME basis. What’s on offer? - A competitive salary - Retail bonus scheme - Generous employee discounts on adidas product - Career development with an iconic global sports brand Responsibilities - Assisting the Store Manager & Assistant Manager in achieving store targets and providing an optimal consumer experience within an adidas concept store through staff productivity and fostering an active selling environment. - Role modelling our service and selling standards to provide customers with an outstanding experience while leading and inspiring store team to meet or exceed commercial goals. - Represent the adidas brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way. - Execute and maintain established Visual Merchandising standards and adequate shop floor replenishment. - Training and coaching the team to fine-tune service skills, as well as foundational and seasonal brand and product knowledge. - Coordinate team members to ensure the most efficient inventory processing procedures and a seamless stock-to-floor process. - Share best practices to drive the overall store team performance. Experience in the following will be highly regarded - Retail Team Leader of men’s/women’s apparel or sports footwear - Visual Merchandising - Stockroom Procedures How do I apply?
