- Prescription Pro: Use your expertise to interpret and analyse prescriptions with precision, ensuring every customer gets exactly what they need.

- Frame Styling Specialist: Help customers select the ideal lens types for their prescription and take accurate measurements for a perfect fit.

- Quality Control Expert: Perform thorough checks and adjustments to spectacles, ensuring everything is just right before collection.

- Customer Experience Champion: Deliver unrivalled customer service and stay up to date on promotions and products and confidently explain contact lens specs and suitability.

Our store teams bring the vision - join us and add yours:

- Who Are You? You’ve got experience in optics and you’re ready to take on a role that’s more hands‑on and customer focused

- Learn and Grow: Take advantage of ongoing training and development opportunities to further career. We offer full training from basic to advanced dispensing. A Cert IV in Optical Dispensing is desired but not essential.

- Connect with People: You’re great with customers and making them feel comfortable and supported.

- Team Spirit: You enjoy working with others and you bring your best self to work every day.
