What you’ll be doing

- Planning and adjusting daily service schedules

- Allocating jobs based on priority, location and skillset

- Monitoring workflow and responding to scheduling changes

- Communicating with customers and technicians regarding updates and timing

- Maintaining accurate job records, data, and compliance documentation

- Supporting reporting, service processes and operational improvements

What you’ll bring

- Proven experience in scheduling, service planning or workforce coordination

- Backgrounds that translate well include: service-based businesses, trades or building services coordination, manufacturing or supply chain planning, field services or construction support

- Highly desirable systems experience: SAP, Salesforce and Excel

- Strong organisational and multitasking skills

- Effective communication and a proactive approach to problem‑solving

- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with changing priorities

- Availability to start Monday 15/12/2025
