JCTS - Head of Medical Education

Oversee the national governance of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health education in GP training.

  • Culturally safe training programs for registrars and supervisors nationwide.

This is a newly created opportunity located anywhere in Australia, 0.6 - 1.0 FTE permanent role with flexible work arrangements.

About the JCTS

Joint Colleges Training Services Pty Ltd (JCTS) is a joint venture between the Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine (ACRRM) and the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP).

About the Role

As our JCTS Head of Medical Education, you will develop, implement, and maintain culturally safe training programs, collaborate with key stakeholders, and support GP registrars and supervisors nationwide.

Skills & Experience
  • Proven leadership in medical education and training.
  • RACGP or ACRRM fellowship with current clinical practice.
  • Experience in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills.
