The Role

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Site Foreman to oversee high-end commercial fit out projects valued up to $5M. You'll play a key role in driving delivery standards, coordinating trades, and ensuring project milestones are met with precision and quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day site activities across multiple fit out projects

- Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet project schedules

- Ensure quality control and compliance with WHS requirements

- Liaise closely with Project Managers, Designers, and Clients

- Manage site documentation, progress reports, and safety auditsFoster a positive site culture, maintaining high standards of workmanship

About You

- 5+ years' experience as a Foreman or Site Supervisor in commercial fit out or refurb

- Proven ability to deliver premium office, hospitality, or retail projects

- Strong knowledge of trades, sequencing, and construction methodology

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Eye for detail and passion for design-led construction

- Trade qualification in Carpentry or Building (Certificate IV or similar)
