About the Role - 8 month Fixed Term Contract

At Coles, we are committed to excellence in managing our external contractor and consultant workforce. Since successfully implementing SAP Fieldglass in 2020, our External Worker Management team has been pivotal in delivering a high-quality, customer-focused experience for our hiring community. As part of the broader Talent Acquisition and People & Culture teams, our External Worker Management team support our hiring community and external suppliers in attracting top contingent talent to our business.

What You'll Be Doing

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic individual with a background in Talent Acquisition or contractor management. In this fast-paced environment, you will manage a variety of activities including end-to-end recruitment, hiring manager support, guidance and advice to ensure on-time delivery in the most efficient and commercially appropriate manner. You be exposed to our diverse technology, digital and other corporate functions across the Coles Group, whilst also contributing to our ongoing improvement initiatives.

What You'll Need

- Prior experience in high-volume contingent/contractor recruitment, either internal or agency-based.
- Experience working with external suppliers to attract contingent talent.
- Strong capability in partnering with stakeholders, providing guidance, direction and taking initiative.
- A consultative nature and customer-centric approach.
- Resilience and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Knowledge of Fieldglass is a bonus but not essential.
