This role is responsible for providing efficient, accurate and confidential coordination of payroll, administration, and purchasing activities that support site's operational and business objectives.

Responsibilities

- Process weekly waged payroll for Athol Park and SA/NT depots, including contractor hours

- Maintain accurate employee and payroll records including leave and wage adjustments.

- Coordinate payroll onboarding for new starters

- Arrange pre-employment medicals as required.

- Provide guidance to managers on payroll, entitlements, and leave procedures

- Generate regular and ad hoc labour, leave, and absenteeism reports for site

- Coordinate site purchasing and procurement activities in accordance with policy and pre-approval guidelines.

- Manage purchase orders, goods receipting, and invoice processing to ensure timely and accurate transactions.

Qualifications

Specifically for this role, we expect you will have:

- Relevant business course or administration would be preferred

- Strong experience in a payroll/administration position, manufacturing preferred

- Strong office/systems administration skills

- Confidentiality

- High standard of written and verbal communication

- Excellent time management and organisation

- Ability to take initiative and be proactive
