Overview

We/'re on the hunt for a Retail Store Manager to lead the GhandaGang in Indooroopilly, QLD

What you’ll enjoy

- 38-hour week: No fixed-rate salary. Get paid for the hours you work, no less. Receive overtime penalties in the event that you work over your ordinary hours (incredibly unlikely).

A day in the life

As a Retail Store Manager, you will have direct responsibility for:

- Leading, coaching & training a team of up to 20 team members
- Driving the Ghanda values with your store team
- Maintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with our visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction
- Liaising with your Stock Allocator, as well as working independently, to maintain appropriate stock levels throughout the store to maximise return on floor space
- Preparing and monitoring store rosters, sales reports & store/team compliance

About you

- With demonstrated leadership experience - who leads from the front, empowers their team, and embodies a leadership style in line with our organisational values
- Who thinks customer first, nails the fundamentals and takes retail seriously
- With similar experience in a retail/hospitality role, though this is not a deal-breaker - At Ghanda we value the right attitude over experience
