The Young Guns Crew is currently recruiting people who want to chase their #bestversion. The role involves unloading shipping containers containing various product types and weights and also includes sorting, labelling and wrapping pallets. The more productive you work as a team, the more you get paid Base Rate: $33.21 + Productivity Bonus.

What You’ll Bring to the Role:

- High Achievement – You’re driven to succeed. You put in the effort, want to improve and always aim to be more productive.

- High Trust – You show up on time, take responsibility for your actions and communicate clearly with your team.

Minimum requirements to be considered:

- Available to work at least 4 days per week

- Must have current WA Driver's license and a vehicle

- Physically fit and healthy – able to lift 25kg or more

- Available to pick up shifts from 6:00 am in the morning

- Forklift license and timber experience highly desirable
