About the Opportunity

We are seeking a General Manager to lead our team in the beautiful Mckinnon location, offering a peaceful blend of convenience and city amenities. The role requires a leader who delivers quality care with commercial sustainability, person‑centred outcomes, and a culture of respect, integrity and teamwork.

As General Manager you will:

- Build a customer‑centric home that delivers exceptional person‑centred care.

- Deliver commercially superior and sustainable results that meet our operational and financial objectives.

- Demonstrate inspirational people leadership and shape a positive, engaging culture.

- Establish and leverage collaborative network relationships, working in partnership to deliver successful outcomes.

About You

We are looking for a candidate who demonstrates the following:

- Previous experience as General Manager in an aged care facility (highly regarded).

- Current AHPRA registration and Bachelor of Nursing.

- Knowledge of current aged care standards, accreditation and auditing processes.

- Commitment to delivering high‑quality care and continuous improvement.

- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.

- High business acumen.

- Ability to build and lead teams.

- Valid working rights in Australia.

- Free seasonal flu vaccination.
