About the Job
At Infinite Care, we pride ourselves on providing industry leading resident care and services which encourages and enables residents to remain independent with all employees working inour companywide safety-first workplace. Our Personal Carer Workers (PCWs) are highly interactive supporting our elderly residents, their families, and colleagues 7 days a week across AM, PM and Nightshifts. This role will see you working closely with the nursing, hospitality and resident engagement teams when performing your resident-centric care duties in a timely and compassionate manner surrounded by highly skilled and supportive senior carers and managers. Ideally, you have worked in the Aged Care sector for at least 1 year and the ability to “think on your feet”, communicate effectively, build rapport, and maintain professional relationships with residents and co-workers alike. In addition, you will also

- Very positive teamwork attitude, a trusted co-worker, excellent time management (we are a shift driven workplace including handovers) and follow strict safety procedures at all times to maintain a high standard of workplace safety.
- Computer savvy including using emails, word and navigating inhouse training platforms.
- Excellent workplace safety awareness to avoid our residents tripping, falling or hurting themselves - you need to be their extra eyes and ears.
- Qualifications in Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) OR have completed 1st year nursing studies with a placement in Aged Care. We do recognise other Cert III courses in related healthcare studies. Industry work placement will also be needed to meet compliance standards.
- Hold the NDIS Workers Screening Clearance as this is essential to work in the Aged Care sector. (*or willingness to obtain)
