Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Data Analytics Engineer to support the development and delivery of scalable, automated data solutions that enable effective analytics and decision-making across the HUB24 Group. You will work closely with the Analytics team and stakeholders to translate business needs into data assets and insights, enhancing operational efficiency and supporting strategic goals.

You will play a key role in understanding our data landscape, streamlining data sources, and ensuring data pipeline integrity and scalability. Collaboration across finance, risk, product, operations, technology, and business development teams is essential.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the Analytics team to understand business goals and develop data-driven solutions
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reliable data pipelines and assets
- Transform complex, multi-source data into accessible datasets for analytics and visualization
- Work with the Data Platform team to ensure monitoring, governance, and stability of data solutions
- Support advanced analytics to drive business transformation
- Stay updated with emerging data technologies and evaluate their business value
- Prioritize projects and requests aligned with strategic outcomes
- Contribute to data maturity improvements within the team
- Manage personal deliverables and communicate progress effectively
- Identify opportunities where data assets can support decision-making

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Strong skills in SQL and Python
- Experience with cloud data platforms like Databricks, DBT, or similar
- Proven experience in data management and scalable solutions
- Understanding of data governance and monitoring
- Experience working with multiple business units for data insights
- Background in financial services or data analytics consulting
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively
- Trustworthiness, professionalism, and credibility
