We are seeking a skilled Dirt Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in overseeing and managing dirt-related projects, including excavation, grading, and site preparation. The Dirt Foreman will be responsible for coordinating with project managers, supervising crew members, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for this role.

Qualities of qualified candidates may include

- Proficient at finishing / grading
- Have 4-5+ years of experience in a CAT D4 - D8
- Experience with Topcon Earthworks Systems considered a plus
- Leading a crew of 5-6 heavy equipment operators
- Attend pre-construction meetings and execute job per engineering specifications
- Experience Pipe laying (water mains, sewers, storm drains) is a plus

Must be able to work Monday - Saturday, 50-55 hours a week on average

Must have reliable transportation

Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Full scale benefits offered after 60 probationary period
