This is a Permanent position designed for residential candidates seeking stability and growth, working a Monday to Friday roster.**What you’ll be doing** As a Field Service Fitter at Hastings Deering, you will:* **Deliver quality service –** Perform maintenance and repairs to the highest standard, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of customer equipment.* **Expert troubleshooting** **–** Carry out fault-finding and diagnostics using Caterpillar systems to quickly identify and resolve issues.* **Work to schedule –** Complete assigned tasks within required timeframes without compromising safety and quality.* **Maintaining documentation –** Completing all service and compliance reports are completed promptly and correctly.* **Follow the right procedures –** Research and apply the latest service information systems to adhere to proper instructions, specifications and standards.* **Prioritise safety –** Adhere to all safety standards and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself, your team and our customers.Hastings Deering is proud to be one of the top 5 Caterpillar dealerships globally.
