About the Role:

We are looking for someone to help us build strong pipeline and support our recruiting efforts for the next 2-3 months. You will help to create strong pipelines for a variety of roles with a focus on technical (Software and Hardware). You will also be the face of the office and help coordinate on-site interviews to create a positive candidate experience.

What You'll Do:

- Partner with recruiting team to source and hire high-quality candidates for roles across a diverse array of organizational requirements
- Help to manage inbound candidates, messaging and relationship building
- Be a creative and innovative sourcer who can identify passive candidates and maintain strong pipeline
- Greet candidates and keep on-site interviews on schedule

Required Skills & Experience:

- 2+ years of experience sourcing roles in various departments for a startup (ideally heavily commercial focused)
- Proven track record of building pipeline in a fast-paced, high growth environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills is a must
- LinkedIn Recruiter experience required

Bonus Points For:

- Experience recruiting candidates in the Public Safety sector
- Experience recruiting for Quality/Regulatory roles or in the medical device industry
- Willingness to think outside the box, adapt to adversity
- Experience with Lever a plus
- Ability to navigate and source through GitHub
