About the role and where you will be working:

As a valued team member, you'll be part of our wider clinical team that provides quality & client-focused care in people's homes. We're committed to offering tailored services and making the time we spend with clients as valuable as possible.

This is a part time position located at our Southern Cross East Fremantle home.

We currently have the below shifts on offer;

Tuesdays, Thursdays, Friday's 1430-2230

About you:

Problem solving comes naturally to you, and you don't sweat the small stuff. This role would be well-suited if you have some aged care or community care experience.

You're comfortable working on your own with wounds, diabetic treatment, continence & medication support.

To be considered for this role, you’ll need:

- AHPRA registration.

- Initiative and the ability to multitask.

- Great interpersonal & communication skills.

- Ability to quickly learn & use new software for record keeping.

- 2 years acute nursing or aged care experience (preferred).
