About the role

Bio Gro is looking for a motivated and efficient individual for the role of a Packaging Plant Operator to join the team at our Mount Gambier, South Australia site. This position is to fill an Afternoon Shift role.

The successful applicant is responsible for the efficient and safe operation of the production line and equipment to ensure product is bagged and packaged to required quality standards and specifications.

About you

- Forklift license is desirable but not essential

- Proven experience in a similar role is preferred

- Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control and other techniques for maximizing effective manufacture is an advantage but not essential

- Problem solving abilities

- Attention to detail

- Strong time management skills

- Ability to follow process and procedures
