Right About You Program

Right About You is our employee communication, recognition, wellbeing, benefits and discounts program. It connects, recognises and supports Right at Home people wherever and whenever we work, bringing our values and culture to life through eCards and rewards. Caregivers access discounts at over 400 Australian and international retailers, with offers that can be used alongside sale prices. The program also provides wellbeing resources, videos, recipes, and tips to support physical, financial and mental wellbeing.

Caregivers can also stay connected with their local office team and colleagues through the news stream and by sending a quick recognition message to peers.

Role Overview

Our Far North Queensland office is growing, and we are seeking experienced Home Care Workers who are enthusiastic about providing a caring, compassionate, respectful and high-quality service. Clients and caregivers are matched based on skill level, personality traits and preferences to support long-term relationships.

Qualifications

- Certificate III in Aged Care, Community or Disability Services

- Satisfactory Australian National Police check

- Current or willing to obtain a first aid and CPR certificate

- Smart mobile phone

- Driver’s licence and own reliable, presentable car

Preferred Skills

This role reports to the Care Manager. A successful candidate will have the following:

- Ability to provide personal and domestic care

- A passion for respectfully empowering and caring for people in a community setting

- Excellent written and verbal skills

- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

- Excellent time management and organisational skills

- Willingness to participate in further education opportunities
