About the Role

As a Team Leader, you will play a vital role in creating and maintaining beautiful green spaces for our clients while managing small teams. This hands-on position involves:

- Participate in landscape construction activities, including turfing, laying pavers, and rectifying paving issues
- Plant trees, shrubs, ground covers, and other softscape elements according to landscape plans and specifications
- Prepare sites for softscape installation by clearing debris, levelling ground, and amending soil as necessary
- Ensure worksites are clean, organised, and safe throughout and after project completion

About You

- Previous experience in landscaping, horticulture, or related fields.
- A basic understanding of plant care, irrigation systems, and landscape construction techniques is advantageous.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with team members and clients.
- Strong commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols.
