About the position:
This is your chance to lead with purpose. As Senior Family Lawyer, you'll manage your own high-quality caseload across parenting and property disputes, while guiding junior solicitors and contributing to team performance. You'll play an active role in shaping the internal culture, coaching emerging talent, and collaborating with other senior lawyers to ensure exceptional client outcomes.
Your matters may include urgent parenting orders, complex asset division, and binding financial agreements—supported by efficient paralegals and technology-driven systems. Here, you won't just practise law; you'll help define how great family law is delivered.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 5 years PAE in family law
- Strong litigation, mediation, and negotiation skills
- Team-oriented with a passion for mentorship
- Confident communicator with a client-first mindset
