About the Role:
- Well-equipped medium-sized clinics
- Step into a full appointment book from day one
- Non practicing owner available across the clinics purely for one-on-one mentoring; highly involved and supportive
- Backed by an experienced front office coordinator and qualified Dental Assistants
Procedures Performed:
- General and preventative care for families and long-standing patients
- High demand for implants, cosmetic procedures (veneers, whitening), and orthodontic treatments (Invisalign, clear aligners)
- Reconstructive work replacing failing dentistry in an older patient base
- Strong cosmetic dentistry focus, with a philosophy centered on preserving natural dentition

Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in general dentistry in Australia
- Valid, unrestricted AHPRA registration
- Available to wok 3-5 days a week

- Confident working autonomously and managing a busy patient load
- Experience working with senior patients
