THE OPPORTUNITY

We have a new opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join our FUJIFILM Process Automation group in Sydney.

Reporting to the Sales Leader, your key focus will be to talk with CFOs and Finance Managers about how Autonomous Finance can help solve their bottle necks, and allow them to 'see what is around the corner' and the potential future state of their finance function.

In your new career, you will be selling Process Automation Solutions to new customers, building long term relationships and driving business growth. You will ensure customer satisfaction by actively building relationships and identifying and fulfilling customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Growing the FUJIFILM Process Automation business unit by securing new customers and identifying opportunities across corporate sector

• Cross-selling and upselling through relationships across the FUJIFILM divisions and operating companies, including co-selling with strategic software vendors and partners

• Collaborating with a range of internal stakeholders, including pre-sales, inside sales, marketing, strategic software vendors and partners

• Meeting and exceeding sales targets, contributing to the monthly revenue goals

• Running solution demonstrations with prospective customers, generate proposal agreements and negotiate complex sales cycles

• Delivering a high level of customer satisfaction through regular engagements, providing educational sharing within industry specific knowledge, along with trends and themes within the DX transformational journey

Skills & Qualifications

• Deep understanding of the full Accounting ecosystems such as AP, AR and Expense, Collection, Order and Cash Flow Management

• Previous Finance Automation experience, including Workflows, Digital Forms and Process Automation

• Ability to manage client expectations and relationships

• Experience engaging with C level executives going through digital transformation
