You’ll take control of the façade from start to finish: sequencing, access, trades, and quality. Every bracket, panel, and joint will come together under your watch.

The Role

Lead the façade delivery. Manage trades, maintain program, and uphold safety and quality from start to finish.

What Winning Looks Like

- You stay ahead of the façade program and keep installation on track
- Scaffolding, access, and deliveries run smoothly and without conflict
- Trades are clear on expectations and deliver consistent quality
- QA checks are done as you go, not at the end
- The site stays clean, safe, and well-organised
- Design issues are flagged early and resolved quickly
- The finished façade looks sharp, aligns perfectly, and stands up to inspection

Responsibilities

- Coordinate cladding, glazing, and metalwork trades
- Manage access, scaffolding cycles, and delivery logistics
- Review shop drawings and communicate with design teams on changes
- Maintain site safety standards, especially for height work
- Track progress and report against program milestones
- Protect completed façade areas and uphold presentation standards

You

- Strong knowledge of sequencing, QA, and façade installation methods
- Confident managing trades and coordinating complex access systems
- Detail-driven and calm under pressure
- Procore experience or similar software knowledge is a plus
