We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team in a hands-on role based in SA that supportsstore setups, relays, relocations, and expansions. Reporting to the Store Setup & Support Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring these projects are delivered efficiently and in line with business expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Store Setups, Relays, Expansions & Relocations

Assist in preparing and launching new stores by the designated opening date

Support the relay, expansion, and relocation of existing stores

Implement Planograms and Chemist Warehouse-approved merchandising standards

Help prepare and organise merchandising materials for upcoming store projects

Participate in the development and testing of new merchandising strategies

Provide support and training to store staff in line with Chemist Warehouse retail guidelines

General Duties

Carry out additional tasks or projects as directed by management

Comply with company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

Foster a professional and respectful working environment

Maintain a strong commitment to workplace health, safety, and wellbeing

Qualifications & Experience

Previous merchandising or retail experience is preferred

Familiarity with Planogramming is highly regarded

Competence with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.)

A current and valid driver's licence is required

Knowledge of Chemist Warehouse merchandising guidelines is beneficial but not essential

Personal Attributes

Clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Ability to prioritise tasks and manage workload independently

Enthusiastic, energetic, and highly adaptable

Comfortable lifting and moving stock as needed

A collaborative team player who also works well autonomously

Flexible with hours and willing to travel interstate

A willingness to learn and adapt to new environments and systems
