With more than 15 years of adventures in prop-tech, Kolmeo gives real estate agencies around Australia the right tools and technology to perfectly balance the tenant, owner, and property manager relationship. In fact, we used to be the customer - a prop-tech company born out of property management - so we intimately understand their joys and sorrows (and our customers are at the heart of everything we do).

So what's the gig?

Kolmeo is on the hunt for a Solution Architect to drive the architectural decisions and frameworks that underpin our innovative property technology solutions. Your expertise in cutting-edge technologies and architectural patterns will ensure the delivery of scalable, robust, and efficient solutions to meet business needs and exceed customer expectations

A day in the life of a Solution Architect:

- Design and implement scalable, maintainable, and robust solutions using ReactJS / ReactNative for front-end, .NET C# for backend, and Azure Cloud
- Architect and oversee the implementation of microservices to enhance modular, scalable service deployment and management
- Provide strategic direction and technical leadership to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural guidelines
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to translate business requirements into technological visions and scalable solutions
- Lead the evaluation and incorporation of new technologies and tools to continuously improve the product architecture
- Document Technical Designs, and present Architectural Changes at the Architecture Review Board
- Collaborate with the Development teams to ensure that developers understand and follow the design as well as adjust and update them via discussions with the team.

To hit this job out of the park, you must have:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in the software industry, with at least 3+ years in a Solution Architect, Principal Engineer, or Technical Lead capacity
- Proven experiencedesigning and delivering scalable, high-availability systems on the Microsoft Azure platform
- Deep technical expertise in.NET C#, with hands-on experience in architectingmicroservices
- Proficiency with cloud services such asAzure App Services, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
- Solid understanding of cloud networking, security principles, and infrastructure as code (IaC)
- Familiarity with front-end technologies likeReactJS/React Nativeis highly desirable.
