About the Role

We are seeking Food and Beverage Supervisors to oversee a variety of culinary venues within our busy tropical resort. The ideal applicants are ready for their next adventure, seeking a permanent role and are motivated to lead.

Ideally, you will have strong experience within a restaurant, venue or resort environment and be able to support your team with ongoing training and development. Reporting directly to the Food and Beverage Manager, this is a full‑time, live on, salary position based on a World Heritage listed island.

Skills, Qualifications & Experience

- Experience in Food and Beverage leadership

- Strong ability to train staff and lead teams

- Keen understanding of staff progression and ongoing coaching

- Ability to drive others to achieve team KPI's

- Valid Queensland RSA certificate with wine and cocktail knowledge

- Motivated to take ownership of your venue

- Career progression available for the right candidate
