About the Opportunity

North West Private Hospital is seeking dedicated and patient-focused Clinical Nurses to join our Rehabilitation team. In this permanent part-time role, you will step into a key leadership position, working alongside the Nurse Unit Manager as a trusted resource, mentor, and support for your colleagues, while delivering exceptional, specialised care to patients.

Your Skills and Experience

We are looking for a dedicated nurse with excellent communication, leadership, and patient-centred care skills. You will demonstrate:

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a relevant specialty area.
- Proven ability to lead by example as a positive role model and professional.
- Previous team leadership experience.
- Strong time management and clinical problem-solving skills.
- Passion for mentoring and developing junior staff.
- Postgraduate qualification in a specialty area (desirable but not essential).

Remuneration: A base hourly rate ranging from $54.72 - $58.82 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications exclusive of penalties or allowances (QLD Registered Nurse/Midwife Level 2.1-2.4).

- Must provide a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months.
