Role Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers alike. You will assist with candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and onboarding activities, contributing to the growth and success of our team.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the development and implementation of recruiting strategies and processes.

- Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and meetings.

- Source and screen potential candidates using various recruitment tools and techniques.

- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and status updates.

- Communicate with candidates and hiring managers to ensure timely and efficient recruitment processes.

- Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

- Assist with employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing activities.

- Perform administrative tasks related to recruitment and talent acquisition.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

- Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is preferred.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.

- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
