- Manage IT budgets, resources, and vendor relationships to achieve cost-effective outcomes.
- Oversee IT infrastructure, systems, and operations to ensure reliability and security.
- Lead IT projects from initiation to delivery, driving innovation and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
- Champion change management, ensuring smooth adoption of new technologies.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience in IT leadership and operations, ideally in the non-profit sector.
- Strong knowledge of IT governance, compliance, and security frameworks.
- Demonstrated success in budgeting, project management, and vendor management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Experience driving organisational change and implementing IT strategy.
- Current Australian driver's licence.

Desirable

- Experience with business continuity planning and disaster recovery.
- Ability to track and report IT performance metrics.
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying ahead of emerging technologies.

- Extensive training and development opportunities that enable continual growth as part of your career planning.
- Extensive discounts and benefits to maximise your money.
- Fun team events to celebrate achievements and connect with colleagues outside work as part of our engaging culture.
