We’re on the lookout for a dedicated Stewarding Captain to help lead our hardworking team and ensure our back-of-house spaces shine as brightly as our guest experiences In this hands‑on role, you’ll help maintain clean, safe and hygienic kitchen environments—supporting our Food & Beverage operations to deliver unforgettable moments, every day.

A Day in the Life

- Support, organise and motivate the stewarding team to complete daily tasks with excellence

- Carry out cleaning duties to keep kitchen work areas, equipment and utensils spotless and safe

- Apply and oversee food safety procedures to maintain the highest hygiene standards

- Work collaboratively with the broader F&B team to meet operational needs

- Assist with onboarding, training and skill development to help your teammates thrive

What You’ll Bring

- Experience and knowledge of stewarding or kitchen operations

- Strong understanding of hygiene standards and food safety requirements

- Confidence in leading, training and mentoring others

- Ability to identify and manage safety hazards

- Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays (with weekday RDOs)
