Located conveniently underneath the Yamanto Central Shopping Centre, this dynamic swim school is full of energy, laughter, and team spirit. You’ll be stepping into a well-established, high-performing site, and the best part? Our current manager is moving into a new role within the business, showing just how far you can grow with CVM and Rackley Swimming.

We’re looking for an inspiring leader with experience in the aquatics or swim school industry, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to keep both their team and customers smiling.

What you’ll do as a Swim School Manager:

- Lead, support, and motivate a passionate team of swim instructors and customer service staff

- Manage day-to-day operations with a focus on excellence in safety, service, and performance

- Champion our Learn to Swim program and community partnerships

- Drive enrolment growth and continue the site’s outstanding reputation

- Foster a fun, inclusive, and high-energy culture

What you’ll bring:

- Proven experience in a leadership or management role – ideally in aquatics, recreation, or education

- A hands-on, people-first approach with great communication and problem-solving skills

- Current Swim Teacher Qualification, First Aid, CPR, and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)

- A genuine passion for helping families and kids develop life‑long water confidence
