That's where you come in.

The Role

We’re looking for a skilled and experienced 4x4 Fitter to join our team in a senior capacity. In this hands‑on role, you'll be responsible for installing and repairing our full range of vehicle storage products and accessories. You won’t be managing a team – but your experience and knowledge will make you a go‑to support for others, helping maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.

You’ll work closely with the Sales and Warehouse team and be a key part of the workshop’s daily operations, offering troubleshooting expertise, sharing knowledge, and making sure every job is done right.

- Lead and support installs on customer vehicles
- Carry out and oversee repair work
- Ensure jobs meet quality and safety standards
- Train and guide team members
- Work with customers and suppliers for smooth operations
- Keep the workshop running efficiently

What you bring

- Experience in vehicle accessory installation, service, or repair
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to problem‑solve and work with initiative
- Enjoy working in a team environment while taking ownership of tasks
- Manual Driver’s License (essential)
- Forklift license and experience with 12V electrics (highly regarded)
