Director, Executive Services Office
The ESO team develops relationships with our executive level Stock Plan participants. You will serve as the main point of contact for equity compensation expertise. You will support client plan sponsors and our WI SPS Fidelity Client Team business partners, ensuring an outstanding experience across the board. Overall, the ESO team is responsible for the continued growth of the SPS business, activating the Fidelity Advantage and encouraging lifetime engagement at Fidelity.
The Expertise You Have
- 5+ years of financial services experience.
- Equity compensation experience and knowledge of 144/16b dynamics is preferred but not required.
- Certified Equity Professional (CEP) preferred. If not held at time of hire, will need to work towards acquiring the CEP within 18 months.
- Client visits and other travel required.
- Previous leadership experience preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of business experience preferred.
- Series 7 and 63 license required.

- You lead, inspire, and support your ESO peers and related business partners.
- You drive accountability for overall business results within the ESO model, such as, but not limited to new business into Fidelity, referrals and appointments set for planning business partners, high participant and client satisfaction, quality controlled 10b5-1 plan intent and establishment.
- You partner with WI SPS Client Teams and SPS Sales to represent the SPS Executive Services offering during new client implementations and other client related meetings.

Stock Plan Services has been identified as one of Fidelity's strategic priorities. The ESO role is a key part of SPS, serving as the equity compensation expert for the top executives at our clients. By assisting these executives, as well as the plan sponsor, the ESO role ensures that the SPS business and broader Fidelity remain vital in a changing financial environment.
