Full-Time Retail Professional - Canberra Factory Outlet

We are looking for a Retail Professional to join our Canberra Factory Outlet in Fyshwick on a full-time basis.

Please note, this role requires availability to work full-time (38 hours) on weekdays and weekends.

Key responsibilities:

- Meet or exceed store sales, KPI, and individual performance targets using all available resources
- Deliver excellent customer service standards to meet or exceed customer expectations
- Maintain visual merchandising and in-store communication standards
- Process merchandise deliveries efficiently and replenish fixtures regularly
- Represent the adidas brand and values in an inspiring way

Requirements: Strong retail sales or customer service background with a proven success record. Motivated, energetic, passionate about achievement, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Working hours: Availability to work retail hours across weekdays and weekends. Please include your availability in your application.
