About the Opportunity

Calling all motivated go-getters: Gro Clinic is on the hunt for enthusiastic Sales Consultants to join the team in Brisbane, QLD who are ready to make a real difference in people's lives.

Your mission (should you choose to accept it): work closely with clients to understand their needs, offer tailored solutions, and deliver an exceptional experience from consultation to treatment. You'll be the face of Gro, building relationships, smashing sales targets, and leaving every client with a smile (and great hair).

Here's what you'll be up to:

- Guiding clients through consultations to create personalised treatment plans
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships throughout their journey
- Hitting (and exceeding) sales targets, including lead conversion and retention
- Teaming up with clinic staff to ensure top-notch client experiences
- Helping to shape and execute effective sales strategies
- Encouraging glowing reviews on platforms (like Trustpilot and Google)
- Keeping leadership updated with performance reports and sales forecasts

About You

Are you a people person with a knack for making others feel their best? Then this role is for you

To qualify for this role, you will bring extensive experience in business development or a strong background in customer service from any sector.

- Proven experience selling high-value services, ideally in healthcare, cosmetics, hospitality, or other related industries
- A creative, solution-focused approach to tailoring recommendations
- A natural drive to smash sales targets and KPIs
- Excellent communication skills and a love of teamwork
