The Role

We are currently seeking a Mobilisation Coordinator for a 3-month full-time contract based at our Burswood, Perth office. This role will be responsible for the onboarding and mobilisation of crew to an upcoming project.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate project mobilisations and demobilisations
- Manage end-to-end onboarding processes
- Ensure compliance with training, licensing, and qualifications
- Arrange travel and accommodation bookings
- Support purchasing activities
- Assist departments with ad hoc requirements
- Perform general administrative duties

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

- Previous experience in administration within a project support setting
- A current driver's licence and reliable transport
- Strong Microsoft Office and computer literacy skills
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Ability to prioritise, multi-task, and work well under pressure
- Self-motivation and initiative in a fast-paced environment
