This role is pivotal in shaping the future of their digital landscape and ensuring an unparalleled customer experience.

Description

- 3+ years of experience as an Agile Business Analyst within the Digital environment, building mobile app solutions, ideally in the travel industry.
- Flexible and able to adapt to new ways of working.
- Work according to agile methodologies, driving requirements for the app.
- Strong understanding and use of modern digital frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Design Thinking, Human-Centered Design, process mapping, flow charting, acceptance testing, and others.
- Proven track record in communicating requirements both verbally and through user stories, with clear acceptance criteria understandable by developers, testers, and stakeholders.
- Robust stakeholder engagement and management skills, including interpersonal skills and structured workshops.
- Comfortable facilitating workshops, presenting at showcases, leading customer journey walkthroughs, and conducting quality reviews with stakeholders of varying seniority.
- Able to work with a high degree of autonomy, proactive, with initiative, and a customer-focused approach to serve clients effectively.
