WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
The Liquor Co. 1977 is hiring Customer Service Representatives (CSR) for our Langford location at 117-737 Goldstream Avenue Victoria, BC V9B 3T5. We have 1 part‑time role offering 8-24 hours per week. Our ideal candidate is available for evening shifts on weekdays and fully available on weekends.
Applicants must be 19+ years of age.
We are a people first business, with a strong focus on our customer and member needs. We are looking for a like‑minded individual to join our dedicated team. We want someone who:
- Enjoys creating positive customer experiences and goes above and beyond in service delivery.
- Has at least 1 year of experience in the liquor industry and 2+ years working in customer‑facing roles.
- Has strong cash‑handling skills and the ability to process transactions efficiently.
- Is knowledgeable about alcoholic beverages and is comfortable recommending products.
- Values safety, integrity, and teamwork, and is a role model for both colleagues and customers.
- Is physically capable of standing for extended periods and handling products up to 50 lbs.
- Has a current Serving It Right certificate (required in advance of starting).
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Besides working with the best group of teammates and fantastic customers, you’ll be stocking the store, processing till transactions, and generally ensuring our customers & members are taken care of, and the location is clean and safe.
