Location: Aveo Sydney CBD Corporate Office | 4 Days On-Site & 1 Day WFH
Reports To: General Manager - Enterprise Applications & Data Platform
The Opportunity

As our Enterprise Applications Analyst, you’ll join a passionate, purpose-driven Digital, Data and Technology (DDT) team focused on delivering secure, functioning and integrated platforms that empower our teams to enrich the lives of our residents. This is a hands-on opportunity to manage Aveo’s enterprise systems and support their evolution through continuous implementation, development and improvements.
Your Impact
- Support the optimisation of Aveo’s core enterprise platforms, ensuring they’re stable, secure, and fit for purpose.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues and coordinate timely fixes and support with internal teams and vendors.
- Assist in the configuration and implementation of system enhancements and integrations that improve business efficiency and data quality.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and product owners – particularly Finance, Operations and People - to understand Aveo processes and future technology needs.
- Partner with platform vendors to ensure SLAs are met and support Aveo’s ongoing platform improvements and upgrades.
- Provide end-user support, training, and guidance to help teams make the most of enterprise applications.
- Work closely with Enterprise and Cyber Security Architects to maintain secure, integrated, and compliant system environments.

What you'll bring
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in supporting or managing enterprise applications (SaaS and On Premise)
- Hands-on experience in system configuration, integrations, testing, upgrades, and troubleshooting within a business environment.
- Experience developing technical documentation and knowledge bases
- A degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience, paired with a passion for delivering smart, scalable solutions.
- Agile and ITIL certification are desirable
- A hands-on approach to building relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support system performance.
- A collaborative, service-first mindset aligned to Aveo’s values — someone who is self-motivated, thrives on sharing knowledge, solving problems and learning new systems.
