Engage with a caseload of clients on their journey tosecure employment opportunities. Then, support them to stay employed throughthe Employment Services contract. Success in this role comes from building trust,listening, and treating each person as an individual with support tailored totheir specific needs. Duties

- Place clients into work through consistent engagementwith your caseload
- Understand each individual’s barriers to maximisetheir employment opportunities
- Generate leads and source vacancies
- Multi-task, stay organised and maintain accuraterecords
- Facilitate training courses for clients (trainingprovided)
- Ensure accurate timely administration

Experience is an asset, but equally being new to theemployment industry is not a problem. If you are driven and have a positiveattitude, the ability to manage your workload / priorities and confidence witha variety of customer relationships you can succeed with us.Sureway’straining and onboarding packages provide all the tools you need.
