Typical Responsibilities:

- Be the first voice they hear: handle and direct incoming calls with ease.

- Welcome every guest with warmth and guide them to where they need to be.

- Respond to client enquiries with professionalism, accuracy, and genuine service.

- Handle vehicle service and recall bookings, keeping everything running smoothly.

- Perform general administrative support duties.

Requirements:

- Reception experience preferred however not essential

- Exceptional communication skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)

- Ability to work under pressure and multitask
