We’re on the lookout for a hands‑on, people‑first DC Team Leader to guide and inspire our warehouse team. Based at our Distribution Centre, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our operations run smoothly, safely, and efficiently — all while exceeding customer expectations.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Lead a team of warehouse professionals to deliver outstanding results
- Drive safety‑first culture through inductions, hazard reporting, and daily checks
- Coach and mentor Leading Hands to build leadership capability
- Plan resources to meet daily operational demands and KPIs
- Champion continuous improvement and support cost‑saving initiatives
- Keep the team informed and engaged through regular Toolbox Meetings
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure orders are picked and dispatched on time

What You Bring

- Experience in FMCG or warehouse operations
- Strong communication and leadership skills — you lead by example
- Ability to multi‑task, prioritise, and stay calm under pressure
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a bonus
- A proactive mindset with a passion for safety and team development
