Electrical Reliability Engineer
NES Fircroft, in partnership with a globally leading Alumina producer, is supporting their regional Victorian smelting operations during an exciting period of growth. They are currently seeking a suitably experienced Electrical Reliability Engineer for an initial contracting role with long-term potential.
Benefits

Job Role
- Leading root cause analysis investigations of failures
- Developing work scopes for major equipment repairs using fitness-for-service approaches
- Developing and improving equipment management strategies with reliability approaches, implementing improvements, and driving to completion
- Demonstrating a passion and commitment to Environment, Health, and Safety in the workplace
- Identifying long-term opportunities for improvement through technical expertise focusing on equipment reliability and plant capacity enhancement
About You
- A tertiary qualification in Electrical Engineering, with experience in maintenance, reliability, heavy industry, or plant engineering
- Victorian Engineering Registration
- Understanding of risk management, quality improvement, and reliability excellence processes
- Adaptable communication and relationship-building skills, with strong problem-solving abilities
