**Position Details****About the Role**Flinders University is seeking an outstanding and passionate academic to join our team as a Lecturer or Senior Lecturer in Psychology (Teaching and Research). This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the University’s growing reputation for excellence in teaching and research with a particular focus on advancing the College’s research strength area of Mind, Body and Cognition.In this position, you will also:* Lead the planning, delivery, and coordination of psychology programs and curriculum.* Drive innovation and continuous improvement in teaching and student engagement.* Conduct and publish high-quality research aligned with Mind, Body and Cognition strengths.* Supervise and mentor Honours and Higher Degree by Research students.* Collaborate with colleagues, industry, and community partners to enhance impact.* Contribute to academic leadership, governance, and a positive, inclusive College culture.This position is open to international candidates, with relocation and visa support available.**About You**You are an emerging or established academic with a strong track record of research and a passion for inspiring, student-centred teaching. You bring a collaborative mindset, and are committed to innovation, academic excellence, and contributing to a thriving research and learning community.Candidates will be considered for appointment at Level B (Lecturer) or Level C (Senior Lecturer) depending on experience.
