Reporting to the UKG System Owner, you will play a key role in delivering the Workforce Time Capture Project, ensuring system efficiency, data integrity, and smooth deployments.**Key Responsibilities:*** Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to gather requirements and implement system changes.* Configure and maintain UKG modules including Timekeeping, Scheduling, CRTs, and Integrations for site deployments.* Act as the primary point of contact for UKG system support, troubleshooting, and enhancements during deployments and hypercare.* Support data imports from legacy systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance ahead of cutover.* Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using UKG reporting tools.* Manage system upgrades, patches, and integrations with other enterprise systems.* Provide end-user training and create documentation for system processes and best practices.* Participate in project planning and execution for new UKG implementations or enhancements.* Support testing activities including parallel pay runs, UAT, and PVT.**Qualifications:*** Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.* 5+ years of experience working with UKG systems (UKG Pro, UKG Dimensions, or Workforce Central).* Strong understanding of HRIS, payroll processes, and workforce management.* Proficiency in SQL, report writing, and data analysis.* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.* Experience with system integrations and APIs is a plus.**Preferred Skills:*** UKG certifications or training.* Experience in project management or business analysis.* Understanding of database management, cloud computing, and enterprise architecture principles.* Familiarity with Agile methodologies.**About Team Global Express**Team Global Express (TGE) is an Australian-owned transport and logistics business delivering to Australia and New Zealand.
